Whether snow or warm sunshine, Winter Wonderland 2023 is beginning Friday, November 17th in Springboro, Ohio! Opening ceremonies begin at 5:45 PM with the Tree Lighting at Rosary Park featuring the Springboro High School Jazz Choir. Saturday events include the 10th Annual 5K Run/Walk and the Holiday Parade on Main Street. Sunday features multiple events on Market, South, and State streets. Thanksgiving: A time to give thanks and a time to start Winterizing!
Thanksgiving is a time of reflection on our many blessings, spending time with our families, and feasting on the provisions God has provided. It also turns our thoughts toward winter and the Winterizing tasks before us. It is a time to make sure the outside hoses are disconnected, the spouting is clean and not retaining water, the furnace filters are fresh, and the smoke detector batteries are up-to-date.
